Quality Control Inspector

The job (Responsibility)
You will be working in close collaboration with our tracking& suppliers and your job will mainly consist of the following responsibilities:

? Visit suppliers for fulfilling QC inspections according to specifications
? Fill out QC report, and reply to suppliers if okay or not.
? Prepare for inspections with transport planning, supplier contact, tools and samples
? Communicate result to suppliers and own organization according to standards.
? Do test at our own facility, and other related things that belongs in QC-dep.
? Report to QC Manager by using standard formula
? Responsible for reimbursement according to company rules and policies

You will mainly be working at the Chinese headquarter in Daliang Town, Shunde, Foshan.

Skills Required:
? Must be honest a team player and quick learner.
? Fluent in Chinese spoken & written. English in level CET.6 or higher.
? Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office
? Must be able to understand the inspection criteria and be able to identify defective component after inspection.
? Proficiency in the use of standard measuring device, i.e. Calipers, micrometers, altimeter, tape measurement etc.
? Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
? Must be able to use and understand international standards
? Must have effective communication with supplier.
? Be familiar with ISO and quality management system

Preferred work experience
? Minimum of 5years’ experience in quality control
? Work experience in a foreign company as well as a certain technical knowledge is preferred

Preferred process experience
? - Surface treatment processes – powder, chrome, anodising, zinc plating, hot dip galvanising, brushed, polished etc
? - Casting Processes ( Die Casting, Sand Casting, Foundry,)
? - Metal stampings (Forming, Bending, Shearing, Hemming etc.)
? - Plastic Injections
? - Extruding
? - Welding process
? - Packing
Preferred experiences will be an advantage, but is not a must.

Education:

A graduate of engineering with bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive
