Foshan Zhianda Steel and Aluminium Products Co., Ltd. is a joint venture by Zhianda Aluminium component manufactory and Hongkong poly International Technology Co., Ltd. With nearly 20 years of experience and expertise, we are specialized in manufacturing high quality of aluminium alloy product, zine alloy product ,aluminium profile, and processed stainless steel product.
1. Window and door hardware: aluminium hinge, aluminium handle, door lock, four bar hinge, etc.
2. Furniture hardware: the accessories for the combination furniture, such as frame, track, bracket, connector ect.
3. Outdoor decoration hardware: aluminium pattern casting fence,aluminium mesh fence, WPC, aluminium combined fence.
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern machineries, such as: aluminium extrusion machine, aluminium alloy casting machine, zinc alloy casting machine, plastic injection machine, CNC laser cutting machine, laser welder, CNC for aluminium profile, punching machine, bending machine, cutting machine, electic welder, electric arc welder, ultrasonic welder. For the surface treatent, we have polishing, sandblasting, painting, powder coating. We have invested a full set of mould equipment,projection detection machine, salt spray test and other corresponding inspection. Also, our factory has been accredited the ISO9001 certification.
