VLL is a well-established, young company, active in the freight industry.

Founded 2005 in Hong Kong by two partners with a combined experience of well over 50 years in the forwarding and logistics industry, VLL has grown into a dynamic enterprise.

We are a logistics provider with deep roots in China concentrating on serving the local market as much as focusing on international business. Being located at the heart of one of the world's fastest growing economies and with profound understanding and knowledge of the markets in the region, VLL are in a perfect position to offer their expertise to local customers as well as overseas clients and agents.

It is the aim of VLL to act as a bridge between importers and exporters; to bring together different cultures and create win/win situations. To achieve the set targets and to be able to offer the best service to all, VLL has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Ningbo. Further expansion in the region is in progress.

The globalization of economies, the removal of trade barriers and increasingly more expedient communications continue to impose changes in the way companies must operate. As a result our service scope and methods of operation are constantly evolving and fine tuned to incorporate additional elements in the logistics chain.

A major milestone for VLL was achieved in May 2006 when the company was recognized in China as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WOFE) and was awarded the A-Class license. This license enables us to be fully operational in China; including issuing the government certified invoices as well as collecting payments. In 2007 the company obtained the all-important NVOCC license, granted by the Ministry of Communication, China (number: MOC-NVO2901).
